Purchases and billing

Quanzio Unlock is a one-time purchase managed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in the app, or request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service.

Privacy and data requests

Review the Quanzio Privacy Policy for storage and deletion details. Contact support with “DATA REQUEST” in the subject line when you need help.

Something isn’t working

Restart Quanzio, confirm you have the latest app version, and include your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem occurred in your support message.
